"Remote justice is a real opportunity with the positive potential to make justice more streamlined, efficient, accessible and inclusive. I support its development both in the context of court hearings and in relation to best interests meetings that (in my area of work) regularly precede them. But this needs to be well-designed, well-researched and well-delivered. This is possible only if the experiences of everyone involved in these hearings are included in the analysis, and properly addressed, so that common law principles of fairness and natural justice are upheld, and seen to be upheld." http://www.transparencyproject.org.uk/remote… @KitzingerCelia
